Chippewa Youth Hockey Association

Welcome to the new and improved website of the Chippewa Youth Hockey Association (CYHA), home of the Chippewa Thunder! Our mission is to provide the youth of Chippewa County with quality programs for ice skating related activities. We support teamwork and cooperation through mutual respect, sharing of skills, knowledge and responsibilities.

Registration for the 2010-11 season kicks off on Sunday September 12 at 9:00am at the Chippewa Ice Arena.  A schedule of registration fees is included below.  Please register your skaters online with USA Hockey prior to CYHA registration and bring your printed registration certificate!

Come early for the 2nd Annual Drop the Puck 5k.  All proceeds benefit the Chippewa Youth Hockey Association.  Registration forms below.  Pre-registration fee $20, race-day registration $25.  Race starts at 8:30am at the rink (839 1st Ave., Chippewa Falls)  

And don't forget to stay for the pancake breakfast!  All you can eat pancakes, sausage, bacon, donuts, orange juice and milk.  $5 per person ($3 for 4-8 year olds, 3 and under free).

The Chippewa Youth Hockey Association will be holding the 3rd Annual Steve Carlson Hockey School/Power Skating Camp in October. Details and registration forms below!

Have a great CYHA hockey photo that would be perfect on the homepage?  Feel free to submit one or two photo-masterpieces to Randy Reeg, CYHA Webmaster.  Make sure the files are of reasonable size (<1MB per photo, no more than 1MB attached to each email).  Not all photos submitted will be used.
