CONGRATS CHIPPEWA YOUTH HOCKEY!
Dave Fisher from USA Hockey called today to tell us we are one of the five $1,000 winners of their USA Hockey Weekends!!!!! Unbelievable! Dave told me there were hundreds of participants, but our stuff was "the cream of the crop!" Please see the attachment I sent about our weekend. I also sent the DVD I made of all the players, plus I made a DVD of the highlights of the weekend. Other things sent were our program, certificate, a button, the punch card for our friends, the announcement of our tournament and the card we sent to our friends to participate in the weekend.
I know this was a huge undertaking for this committee and our hockey teams.....a lot of hard work went into this! I believe in a few months the winners will on the USA Hockey website. Also, the USA Hockey Weekend was also be featured in their magazine, I believe sometime this summer! What wonderful recognition for our program!!!! Great job to everyone...make sure you share this with your teams! The check will be mailed to our association in about three weeks or so!

Tell your friends, tell your neighbors, tell your co-workers, even tell your family: we have a quick and easy opportunity to raise $5.000 a year for our/your rink!!
It's simple and you don't even have to sell anything!
Simply save everyone's Gordy's Grocery and Hardware Store receipts (Both Eau Claire and Chippewa), paperclip or rubber band your receipts and place them into the black fund raising box.
Gordy's will donate to our association one penny per dollar spent up to $5.000 a year. WHOOPIE!!!
Frank at Play it again Sports is doing this as well on receipts dating back to September 1, 2007
Kwik Trip Credit card fundraising and/or gift card information will be coming soon.
All money raised will go to pay for the construction of the new rink. Thank you for your help!
